The process of the bean sprout spraying line is as following :
A : Soaking seeds : the water temperature for soaking mung bean seeds is about 30 °c ,and for soybean seeds is about 20 °c and the time need to soaking seeds is about 5-6 hours .
B : Put the seeds in hatching barrels . The import sectors for you to make good quality sprouts are as following
1: keep the temperate within 20-25 °c in barrels and room .
2: no light meet during making sprouts .
3:Every time after using the barrels ,must sterilize strictly
