1. Raw material pretreatment

The raw material pretreatment part includes raw material receiving, crushing, drying, mixing and other processes.

Raw material receiving: Transfer the biomass raw materials from the yard to the feed shed, and pile them up in sequence along the feed conveyor belt for feeding. At the same time, some raw materials are temporarily stored to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials for a shift.

Coarse grinding: Due to the large volume of crop straws and other biomass materials, it cannot be directly used for molding. The main task of the coarse grinding process is to grind large-sized straw into short and fine granular raw materials for secondary fine grinding.

Scraper conveying: The raw material is transported from the crushing process to the fine crusher. After the second crushing, the particle size is less than 5 mm, and it is transported to the raw material bin.

Lifting and mixing: Use a crane to temporarily store the raw materials in the raw material warehouse, and install a paperboard in the warehouse to mix and mix the raw materials to ensure smooth feeding and continuous molding production.

Screw conveying: ensure continuous and uniform feeding.

2. Solid forming part

The solid forming part includes quenching and tempering, feeding, forming, cutting, etc.

Tempered feed: The powder in the raw material bin is tempered and mixed, and is continuously and stably delivered to the molding equipment.

Solid molding: The raw materials are extruded and molded by a solid molding machine.

Cutting: A cutting knife with adjustable gap is installed in the solid molding machine, which can cut off the extruded fuel according to user requirements, which is convenient for packaging, storage and transportation.

3. Auxiliary parts

Auxiliary auxiliary parts include cooling, dust removal, air pressure, water addition, metering and packaging.

Cooling: The temperature of the molded fuel just coming out of the solid molding machine is 75 ~ 85 ℃, it is easy to break, and it is not suitable for storage and transportation. The task of the cooling process is to reduce the temperature of the treated high-temperature fuel so that the temperature reaches the packaging and storage conditions. Throughout the process, a combined cooler is equipped to take away the heat and moisture of the solid shaped fuel through the cooling process.

Dust removal: Cyclone separation and pulse dust removal and dust removal are adopted in the production and processing process, which reaches the national standard.

Add water: According to the characteristics and moisture content of raw materials, add water to adjust the humidity to meet the requirements of solid molding.

Metering and packaging: Measure the finished product to achieve mechanical packaging.
