1. Routine maintenance
Focusing on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and tightening, routine maintenance should be carried out as required during and after work.
The first-level maintenance work is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. The key work content is lubrication, tightening and inspection of all relevant parts and their cleaning.
The secondary maintenance work focuses on inspection and adjustment, and specifically checks the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and brake components.
The three-level maintenance focuses on detecting, adjusting, eliminating hidden troubles and balancing the wear of each component. It is necessary to perform diagnostic testing and state inspection on the parts that affect the performance of the equipment and the parts with fault signs, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and Troubleshooting and other work.
2. Seasonal maintenance
It means that the packaging equipment should focus on the inspection and repair of components such as the fuel system, hydraulic system, cooling system, and start-up system before summer and winter.
3, stop maintenance
It means that when packaging equipment needs to be out of service for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter holidays), cleaning, plastic surgery, supporting, and anti-corrosion should be done.
