Second, the material factor. When many customers purchase pellet machine products, the manufacturer will ask you what the moisture content of the raw material is. Blocked. Generally, the moisture content of the material before quenching and tempering should be below 13%. However, the moisture should not be too low, resulting in a low molding rate. Secondly, the material has a fine particle size and a high granulation yield, but affects the molding rate of the wood chips; the excessive particle size increases the wear of the stamper and the press roll, the energy consumption increases, and the output decreases.

Third, the distance between the pressure bar and the ring die, the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die has a great influence on the granulation quality, and the general gap should be between 0.05 and 0.3 mm. When the gap is larger than 0.3 mm, the material layer is too thick and unevenly distributed to reduce the granulation yield. When the gap is less than 0.05 mm, the machine wears severely. The method for judging the distance between the rolls and the molds is generally one time for manual turning, and it is not good when the rolls are turned. When the gap is too large, the main unit should be shut down, the power supply should be cut off, the feed hood should be opened, and the gap between the pressure rollers should be adjusted to meet the required range. In addition to these, it is also checked whether the ring hole is blocked, the ring die or the pressure roller is seriously worn, and the compression ratio is not matched, which may cause a serious decrease in the yield.

Fourth, machine maintenance, wood pellet machine and car products, need maintenance, and the maintenance of the pellet machine is more detailed, more needs the customer's own operation and attention. The granule machine oil filling is generally not required to stop. It is best to keep the equipment clean and tidy during use. Check the external screws for looseness during normal use. For every 4 hours of operation, the equipment should be greased once, and the die hole finish. The new ring mold has some iron filings and oxides attached to the inner wall of the die hole. Polishing should be carried out before use to smooth the inner wall of the die hole, reduce frictional resistance and increase granulation yield.
